we are in the throws of purchasing this great 1700 sq. foot home in Ault, CO, 14 miles east of fort collins... it was built in 1904 BUT it's not our until 29 august when we sign on the dotted line...
what a stressful and exciting time...every notice that they both feel the same? back soon...

Indeed! This is truly a gem! Can't wait to be neighbors! I think it is great that it is not a fixer-upper. You and Grant can't relax and enjoy your new home and one another! Ain't life grand?
